Oc guideline & restrictions

With OCs being more heavily focused on than canon, there tends to be questions regarding ocs related to canon or ocs being charters for a fan district.
This area will summarize Oc and Canon, Side/extension districts, and trigger warnings.

OC & CANON

Despite NSR OCs being the main focus. NSR Characters can appear as a side role. You are free to add them to your NSR OC's route.

Relationships regarding OC and canon can be included, BUT relationships such as family members
(Ex. Your oc is a child of DJSS or someone ingame)
or as lovers
(Ex. In a love relationship with game characters)
, it's best to make slight hints/mentions or to completly avoid writing it in completely to avoid clashing in with other collaberant's OC who might have the same relationships with canon.

SIDE DISTRICTS

The only acceptable district for the collab will be side/extension districts.Extension districts:
Can be reused in many other OCs chapters, it can help save time for background making, so it's highly recommended to write and make its place taken on the novel.
Side districts:
Similar to extensions with the small hint difference from the canon, can also be included, but just like its name mentions, only has a side part of the chapter/story, it can't be part of the full story, since it could turn it into the same problem of a different charter district.

sensitive topics

If your OC has something that may be triggering or sensitive (Ex. Self harm, bullying, harassment, or any slurs), it would be best to add a trigger warning.
If you're participating and your oc has a trigger warning, please to the thing below for the readers:
For Writers: if there’s a chapter of your oc’s story that will include a triggering subject within make sure to place at the beginning of your chapter “TW/Trigger Warning: [Insert Trigger]For Artists(Sprite or BG): Similar to writers, when you’re done with your art and if it contains something triggering, before you post your artwork, include a Trigger warning messageThis allows the coder to know what kind of triggers to write off at the beginning of the visual novel or during the chapter that’ll include it…
We’re not done yet!
Example of triggering topics: Self-Harm, Suicide, Bullying, Harrasment, Abuse, etc.
Triggering Topics that won’t be allowed to insert on the novel: Anything that has to do with rap4, s4xual assault or s4xual harrassment, or for cases representing bullying, abuse or harassment, seriously slurs won't be allowed
